With Select Home Health, we specialize in skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social services, and home health aide care. With Select Hospice, our Interdisciplinary team includes a wide variety of specialists including Medical Social Services, Chaplains, Medical Directors/Physicians, Registered Nurse Case Managers, Hospice Aides and Hospice Volunteers.
